If you want to grow tomatoes of the Metelitsa variety, sowing of seeds should be carried out in late March or early April. Seeds need to be buried in the ground to a depth of one centimeter. Seedlings are planted in a permanent place in late May or early June. The distance between plants should be at least fifty centimeters, and between rows should be at least forty. At one meter square should be no more than three or four plants.
Further care of tomatoes consists in regular watering with warm water after sunset, maintaining a low humidity, making additional dressings and loosening the soil during the growing season.
