This hybrid form of grapes was brought by the oldest winegrower of Russia German Mikhailovich Litvinov from the city of Gukovo, the Rostov region. He is a big fan of this culture and brought this selection specifically for himself.
The voivode is a hybrid of amateur breeding, obtained from the crossing of varieties of Cardinal and Talisman (Kesha). It should be noted that both "parents" have excellent taste.

This grapes are pollinated on their own, as they have a blunt flower The clusters are large and medium, medium-sized, conical, sometimes branched. The bunch has an average weight of about 400-600 grams.
There are individual "champions" who reach 800 grams.
Resistance to frost is still being studied, therefore it is necessary to cover this variety for the winter. To the greatest degree of shelter you need seedlings and young bushes.
