Preparing the incubator for work
So, after unpacking the equipment you need to prepare it for work.
- It is necessary to check the availability of all components, their integrity and good condition.
- To establish an incubator on a plain horizontal surface.
- Pour warm water into the humidity tank and the feeder of the humidity level sensor.
- Using a syringe, apply the instrument oil or spun oil to the motor bearing (2 ml) and to the gearbox RD-09 (10 ml).
- Turn on the device in the network, while the heating unit with a fan should turn on, which is indicated by the corresponding LED.
- Let the incubator warm up until the temperature stabilizes, then leave it to idle for 4 hours.
- Disconnect the incubator from the network.
