- garlic head;
- two beets;
- 200 ml of apple cider vinegar;
- two tablespoons of salt;

- 200 g of sugar;
- 3-4 pieces carnations;
- 10 black peppercorns;
- a bunch of cilantro or celery;
- 3-4 peas allspice;
- hot chili peppers;
- 200 ml of vegetable oil.
The food is prepared as follows:
- The top leaves are removed from the cabbage, the vegetable is cut into squares 3 to 3 centimeters.
