  • Chinese cabbage - 270 gr .;
  • hard cheese - 100 g .;
  • green onion - 30 g .;
  • Mayonnaise / Rast. butter.

Cooking:

  1. My beef, pour it with cold water, put on fire and bring to a boil. Cook on low heat for 60-90 minutes. Give the meat to cool and cut into small cubes.
  2. Beijing cabbage leaves and my onion pods are dried and finely chopped.
  3. Cheese three grated (better than large).
  4. Chop green onions.

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast - 170 gr .;
  • Chinese cabbage - 270 gr .;

  • fresh cucumber - 1 pc .;
  • Mayonnaise / Rast. butter.

Cooking:

  1. Wash my chicken and boil it in boiling water for no more than 30 minutes. Give the finished meat to cool and cut into small strips.
  2. Chinese cabbage leaves and fresh my cucumber and finely chopped.
  3. Cook eggs. When they cool down, rub them on a coarse grater.
  4. Pour corn, pre-drain water from the jar.

Beef heart

With canned peas

Ingredients:

  • beef heart - 2 pcs .;
  • carrots - 1 pc .;
  • Chinese cabbage - 200 gr .;
  • canned peas - 200 gr .;
  • Mayonnaise / Rast. butter.

Cooking:

  1. My beef heart, cut into small pieces and soak in cold water for about 2 hours. Then put it in cold water and cook for 1.5 hours, changing the water every half hour. Give the finished meat to cool and chop finely.
  2. Wash carrots, peel, cut and boil for 5 minutes. Then we cut it into rings and divide them into 4 parts.
  3. Drain the cabbage leaves, dry them and cut into strips.
  4. Pour peas, pre-drain water from the cans.

  • Peking cabbage - 300 gr .;

  • green peas - 200gr .;

  1. Peking cabbage leaves and parsley wash, dry and chop finely.
  2. Cut the sausage into small slices.

Ingredients:

  • Peking cabbage - 1/2 pcs .;
  • Korean carrot - 250 gr.;
  • smoked chicken - 170 gr .;

  1. Prepare smoked chicken: remove bones, veins, fat and skin. Cut into small strips.

How to serve the dish?
