The tragedy broke out on the farm of the British agrarian Derek Mead. The man was the victim of his own carelessness and unconscious actions of his beloved dog.
"Derek started his car and stepped out of the cab to close the gate leading to the courtyard," the friends of the deceased tell. "In the cabin, meanwhile, was Derek's dog. She pressed the gas lever in the car."
The dog's indiscretion cost the farmer life: the truck drove directly to Mead and squeezed it between the hood and the metal gates. The injuries were hard and incompatible with life.
The body of Derek was discovered by his own son. He called the doctors, but to bring Mead back to life was no longer possible. In the cabin of the truck, the doctors and the son of the deceased found the dog. After a brief investigation, representatives of the UK Health and Safety Office issued a verdict: the farmer died as a result of his dog's actions.
