Ingredients:
- 2 kg of white cabbage;
- 1 tsp turmeric;
- 5-10 buds carnations;
- a few pieces of cinnamon;
- 1 liter of water;
- 2 - 3 tbsp. salts;
- 1 cup of sugar;
- 180 ml of 9% vinegar;
- half a cup of sunflower oil.
Cooking:
- Cabbage cut into squares, put in a container. Put turmeric and butter.
- Make brine - bring water and salt with sugar to a boil, add cinnamon and cloves, boil for a few minutes. Remove the fire, pour in the vinegar.
- Fill the pickle with cabbage.
- We put the oppression and remove for the night.

Quick cooking
Pre-cooking ingredients:
- head of cabbage - 3 kg;
- carrots (medium size) - 4 pieces;
- garlic - 3 cloves.
Marinade:
- water - 1500 ml;

- salt - 90 g;
- vegetable oil - 250 ml;
- Table 9% vinegar - 200 ml.
Cooking:
- Chop vegetables, finish minced garlic, mix.
